Order cancellation
Yes, you can cancel orders until they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation can not be done. In order to cancel an order, please send an email to mailers@kreedee.com with your Order number and reason for cancellation
Intra-city orders take 3-4 working days to reach customer
Inter city orders i.e from one city to another city takes 4-7 working days
Returns
You can initiate return of an order by logging onto your account if you have created one or by going to the page "Manage Returns & Exchanges" in the footer menu of the home page and then following the instructions
- Refund will be given back within 2 weeks of us receiving the return package from you
- Refund will be initiated only when it passes our quality check
- The product should be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with labels intact
- If it passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated and you will be notified of the same
- Refund will be given in the original mode of payment
